PowerBeatsVR is an intense rhythm-based VR fitness game, which is meant to be a fun and effective means of a virtual workout with lots of boxing, smashing, and dodging.
Gameplay
The game emphasizes full-body movement, is primarily based on boxing, and rewards you for putting more strength into your hits. The gameplay is fast and powerful and the challenges are all handmade.You will experience intense and fun (some players would say crazy) VR workouts on higher levels of difficulty. Or you can choose the easier modes for having fun while smashing rocks to the beat of a diverse and energetic soundtrack. If you want to be at the top of the leaderboards, you need to practice until you are fast and strong enough.
This game offers you:
Handmade Beatmaps: Every challenge is finely tuned to fit the underlying song.
3 Skill Levels: Start with the first difficulty and work your way up. Or directly skip the first two difficulties, if you feel brave enough, and handle an insane amount of objects to hit and obstacles to avoid.
Various Weapons and Playstyles: Fight with your bare fists, dual wield powerful hammers, or grab some shields and block certain obstacles. It’s your choice, once unlocked.
Diverse Game Mechanics: Smash flying rocks and armored orbs, dodge spiky obstacles or solid walls, and collect dynamic streams to beat your own high-score.
Leaderboards: Work your way up on the global leaderboards and enjoy the progress.
3 Immersive Environments: Choose between several stunning environments.
Intuitive and Easy-To-Learn: Start the game and everything else will come naturally.
Mixed Reality Support: Use LIV or the regular SteamVR quadrant view to show others your awesome Mixed Reality videos.
